How do the cooling products work?

Most of our cooling gear uses evaporative cooling — just soak it in water, wring it out, and pop it on your pup. No batteries, no chemicals, no fuss. As the water evaporates it gently draws heat away from your dog's body. The Frozen Treat Lick Mat and ice scarves can also go in the freezer for an extra-cold treat.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are dispatched quickly with tracking. Delivery within the US typically takes 7–20 business days depending on your location and the item. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship across the United States, Canada, the UK, Australia, New Zealand and more. Shipping is free on US orders over $35.

What's your return policy?

We offer a 30-day happy-pup guarantee. If something isn't right, email us within 30 days of delivery and we'll help with a return or replacement. Return shipping is covered by the customer unless the item arrived faulty.

How do I choose the right size?

Each product page has a size chart based on your dog's neck and chest measurements. When in doubt, size up — or email us your pup's measurements and we'll recommend the best fit.

Are your products safe for my dog?

Yes. We choose soft, non-toxic, skin-friendly materials and only stock things we'd put on our own dogs. Always supervise your pet when introducing any new gear.

How do I track my order?

You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships. Any trouble? Just email us and we'll look it up for you.
