DearPaw ships worldwide to provide pet parents everywhere with premium summer essentials. Below you'll find everything about our shipping process, times, and costs.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Times

Delivery typically takes 7-20 business days, depending on your location:

  • United States: 7-15 business days
  • Canada: 10-18 business days
  • United Kingdom & Europe: 10-20 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 12-20 business days
  • Rest of World: 14-25 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, weather, or carrier delays.

Shipping Costs

  • Standard Shipping (US): $8 USD, or FREE on orders over $50
  • Express Shipping (US): $15 USD
  • International Shipping: Calculated at checkout based on destination and weight

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 1-3 business days for the tracking information to become active. You can track your package directly through the carrier's website.

Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.

Shipping Delays

Occasionally, shipments may be delayed due to factors outside our control, including:

  • Customs processing
  • Carrier backlogs during peak seasons

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or fails to arrive after 30 days, please contact us with your order number and (if applicable) photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.

Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us at support@dearpaw.store within 12 hours of placing your order. We cannot guarantee address changes after the order has been processed.
